Dedication Ceremony Happens Saturday at Holdsworth Entertainment Pavilion

The community is invited to honor Mr. and Mrs. Holdsworth and to enjoy some live music.

(Versailles, Ind.) - A dedication ceremony will take place this weekend at the Holdsworth Entertainment Pavilion in Versailles. 

Community members are invited to come out to the Square and honor Gary & Patsy Holdsworth for their dedication to students, schools and community. The Holdsworth’s careers spanned more than 30 years at South Ripley Schools. Their legacy has continued through programs and traditions they established, such as the marching band and show choir.

Festivities will begin at 5:00 p.m. Saturday. Third Place Brookville will be on hand with their wood fire pizza truck  Live music will start about 20 minutes before the 6:00 p.m. program. 

The night will end with a performance by Eric Sheets & The Downstairs Dads. 

The Holdsworth Entertainment Pavilion is a product of a successful crowdfunding campaign, which tasked Versailles Main Street with raising $50,000 in order to receive a matching grant from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
