(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Two Lawrenceburg Police officers are being celebrated today on what the City of Lawrenceburg is calling “Thankful Thursday.”
On March 18, Sgt. Jacob Jump and Officer Bill Lynam responded to an unconscious male call in the 500 block of Main Street.
Upon arriving at the scene, they located the male in his vehicle suffering from apparent severe medical distress.
Jump and Lynam were able to remove the subject from his vehicle and began performing CPR. The subject was then transported to St. Elizabeth Dearborn and eventually Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
After receiving further medical care, the subject was released from the hospital and was able to meet Sgt. Jump and Officer Lynam to thank them for their quick response and life-saving actions.
The City of Lawrenceburg also recognized Lt. Greg Cannon and Officer Troy Cochran for a job well done at the 11th Annual OPK9 competition, which you can read more about in the link below.
