(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The City of Lawrenceburg intends to apply for an Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) $600,000 grant from the state Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Wastewater Drinking Water Program to assist with the repair/replacement costs of water lines along the east side of the US 50/Eads Parkway roadside between Tanners Creek Drive to the South Dearborn Regional Sewer District. Grant funding will help the City of Lawrenceburg towards the total cost of the water infrastructure improvement project for our water consumers. The City of Lawrenceburg proposes to also expend an estimated $441,832 in non-CDBG funds on the project.

As part of the grant application process, we need to determine what impact the project will have on residents. Please answer the following survey questions to help us document our need for the project! Your participation in this survey is necessary and greatly appreciated. This survey will be open until December 8th, 2022.

Contact Grant Administrator Judy McAdams at jmcadams@lawrenceburg.in.gov or call 812-532-3557 if you would like to submit a letter of support. Support Letters may be mailed to the City of Lawrenceburg, Attn: Judy McAdams, 230 Walnut St., Lawrenceburg IN 47025.
