The aim of the community-wide event is to have as many people as possible come out of their homes and sing Silent Night in unison.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Christmas season is a time of togetherness.
An event that will span all of Eagle Country has been planned to unite the community in song and Christmas cheer.
On Thursday, December 24 at noon, all area community members are invited to join in on one of the oldest Christmas traditions by lighting a candle and singing "Silent Night".
This socially distant event allows community members to simply come out of their homes or business for just a moment and come together in song, spreading hope, happiness and togetherness.
Eagle Country 99.3 will be kicking off the Christmas Hope event at noon on Christmas Eve, giving all participants the cue to start singing.
A Facebook group has been set up for community members to pledge their participation in the community-wide event.
Plans are being made to have runners out in some of the neighboring communities to capture the event come to life.
