Aurora Police Department Seeks Help Identifying Possible Theft, Credit Card Fraud Suspects

(Aurora, Ind.) - The Aurora Police Department is seeking help from the public to help identify two suspects that could be involved in a Theft and Credit Card Fraud case. 

On Saturday, July 18, the Aurora Police Department received a report of Theft and Credit Card Fraud. The victim told police that her purse was stolen at the Aurora Walmart Supercenter, and two purchases were made using her credit card, totaling over $3,000.  

Security footage showed two subjects possibly connected the the Theft and Credit Card Fraud. 

The first suspect is a male with dark brown or black hair, wearing a black baseball hat. He was dressed in a dark blue t-shirt with a "Columbia" logo on the back, black shorts, and gray tennis shoes with white soles. There was also a circular shaped dark color mark, possibly a birthmark, located on the top of his right shoulder area. 

The second suspect is a female with long dark brown or black hair styled in a pigtail on her left side with a yellow hair tie. She was dressed in a dark blue or black short sleeve shirt, black stretch pants, and black flip-flops. She was also wearing gray safari style hat and leather bracelet, and had a brown leather purse.

Both suspects were wearing blue surgical masks. The two left the Aurora Walmart in a dark gray, newer model SUV or Crossover.
