(Hamilton County, Oh.) – An Aurora man is scheduled to be in court this Friday after being accused of taking thousands of dollars from Cincinnati-area customers.

Roger Gray was indicted in July on three felony charges involving the alleged theft of more than $105,000 from 14 Ohioans.

According to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, Gray allegedly schemed to defrauds the 14 Ohioans between April 7, 2022 and April 21, 2024.

Gray, who operated under the name All Around Concrete, allegedly accepted payments for concrete work and home-improvement projects but performed only minimal work, or no work at all.

He also allegedly failed to provide project materials and did not issue refunds.

Gray, 52, faces felony charges of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, theft by deception and theft beyond the scope.

He will be arraigned in Hamilton County on Friday.
