(Aurora, Ind.) - South Dearborn High School students are "hooked" on their spring school play.

The students are putting on two productions of Disney's Peter Pan Jr. at the auditorium of the high school in Aurora this weekend. The shows are Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4, with the curtain going up at 7:30 p.m. each night.

"It was really cool to be a lead in a Disney show. It's just been really fun to get to be a character from a movie that I watched as a kid," said Trenton Donk, who is playing the role of Peter Pan.

The producers got creative with how the actors and actresses will simulate pixie dust-powered flying during the play. They'll be scooting across the stage on hoverboards.

"Originally we were just going to walk and act like we were flying, but we're actually going to be on moving hoverboards," said Holly Roberts, who is playing Wendy.

Tickets at the door are $6 for general admission, $5 for senior citizens and students, and $4 for elementary students. For more information, call (812) 926-2090.
