Air Care Called to Sunday Evening Crash Near Versailles

One person was reported injured.

(Versailles, Ind.) - Multiple agencies responded to a serious single vehicle accident on Sunday evening. 

According to Versailles Fire Rescue, one person was airlifted from the scene of a rollover crash on U.S. 421 just north of Versailles. The name of the individual involved and their condition was not released. 

A cause of the accident is also unknown at this time. 

Versailles Fire Rescue was assisted at the scene by Ripley County EMS, Indiana State Police, Phi Stat Flight and the Ripley County Sheriff's Office.
