A celebration will be held Saturday afternoon at Aurora Civic Park.

(Aurora, Ind.) - After three and a half years of battling Leukemia, Aiden Pyles will celebrate with his own day.
Aiden Pyles is a seven year old who lives in Aurora. He will finish his last chemo treatment today, November 14. To celebrate, the City of Aurora has declared that November 16 be the official Aiden Pyles Day in Aurora.
There will be a celebration on Saturday, November 16, at the Aurora Pavilion, 415 Park Avenue, from 2:00 - 8:00 PM.
The Proclamation of Aiden Pyles Day will be at 4:00 PM.
There will be free food and drinks. Games, a DJ, raffles baskets, and split will all be available throughout the event. Balloon Man Dan will be making balloon animals for the kids from 3:00 - 5:00 PM.
All donations will go to Children's Hospital Cancer Research, which Aiden will deliver to the hospital himself.
