Addyston Police Chief Resigns From Position After Being Suspended

Dorian La Course was suspended without pay for several alleged violations including buying and selling weapons without village council consent last week.

(Addyston, Oh.) - Dorian La Course has resigned from his position as Police Chief. 

Last week, La Course was suspended without pay for several alleged violations including buying and selling weapons without village council consent. 

Yesterday, a special meeting was called by Mayor Lisa Mear.

At this meeting, the Addyston Village Council accepted La Course's resignation, reported Local 12.  

Binders of evidence from this internal investigation will be shared with the council at tonight's meeting.
