(Taos, NM) -- Toxicology results are out in the death of Kylie Rae Harris.
They indicate the Texas-based country singer had a blood-alcohol level of three-times the legal limit when she collided with a Jeep, killing the 16-year-old driver.
Harris was on her way to a music festival in September when she crashed in Taos, New Mexico.
Investigators also say speed was a factor in the wreck.
