NTSB: Pilot Error Led To Crash That Killed Troy Gentry

Gentry died in a helicopter crash in 2017.

(Medford, NJ)  --  The National Transportation Safety Board is revealing the cause of the helicopter crash that killed Troy Gentry of Montgomery Gentry. 

The NTSB says "pilot error" and maintenance failure led to the deadly crash in September 2017 in New Jersey. 

Gentry had a show scheduled that night. 

Both men were killed.
