(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Lawrenceburg Fall Music Fest may have come and gone, but Eagle Country 99.3 had the great fortune of chatting with country music star Jimmie Allen ahead of his performance on Saturday night.

Allen joined Eagle Country 99.3 to talk about the event and what he's been up to during quarantine.

"I'm writing songs, I'm doing a lot of songwriting and working on a lot of other side projects right now," said Allen. "I'm just staying busy."

The country music star hinted that you will see him in an upcoming movie and television show. While he couldn't provide much detail, the television show will be slightly influence by thing's Allen has went through in life.

Allen has played some shows here and there too, such as drive-ins and social distanced shows. During his performance at Lawrenceburg Fall Music Fest, Allen said, "it's so good to see you guys," alluding to how much he's missed being on stage in front of a live audience.

"I appreciate everyone continuing to support music, everyone who is listening to Eagle Radio 99.3 right now," said Allen. "Thank you for supporting music, not only mine but everyone else who makes music out there."
