George Strait Accepts “Texan Of The Year” Award

Strait was recognized for his many contributions to the state.

George Strait is joining the likes of George W. Bush, David Robinson and more.

The country music legend and Lone Star State native accepted the “2018 Texan of the Year” award this past Friday in New Braunfels.

Strait was recognized for his many contributions to the state, including his benefit concert that helped raise over $20 million for Hurricane Harvey recovery.
