Famous Song Writer Jerry Chesnut Dies At 87 

The Kentucky native wrote many songs you've probably heard before.

(Undated)  --  Songwriters' Hall of Fame member Jerry Chesnut is dead at the age of 87. 

He passed away over the weekend, according to WSMV-TV in Nashville. 

Chesnut is best known for his hit song "T-R-O-U-B-L-E," which was recorded by both Elvis Presley and Travis Tritt. 

Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
