Carrie Underwood's Album Release Concert Canceled

Blame Hurricane Florence for the cancellation.

(New York, NY)  --  Carrie Underwood's album release concert on 'Today' is being canceled due to Hurricane Florence. 

The country music star was supposed to perform this morning to promote her release of 'Cry Pretty,' but NBC called off the event to focus on hurricane coverage. 

Forecasters are warning of a life-threatening storm surge, heavy rains and flooding, affecting primarily the Carolinas.
