Little Big Town are your show hosts once again.
(Nashville, TN) -- The 2019 CMT Awards take place tonight in Nashville.
Little Big Town returns to host the event at Bridgestone Arena.
Maren Morris, Brothers Osborne, Miranda Lambert and the Zac Brown Band lead the nominations with three each.
Performers include Carrie Underwood, Dan + Shay, Luke Bryan and Thomas Rhett.
The star-studded event airs live on CMT.
